We use Australia Post’s standard shipping service. Flat rate $10.
Orders placed before 5pm AEST will be dispatched on the next day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us, please email us naokoffee@gmail.com or contact us via contact form within 7 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items and the reason for returning.
Please note:
- The items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
If the goods are faulty or damaged on the way, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t function properly, please contact us in 3 business days, you can choose a refund or exchange.
